IARP

International Advanced Robotics Programme

Activities

The primary means of international collaboration achieved by IARP include:

  • Establishing an annual report on national activities related to the field covered (each country preparing one status report).
  • Organizing special workshops by interested countries to assess the status of, and to foster international cooperation in, either scientific topics or applied domains. Those workshops convene by invitation from 50 to 100 specialists, mainly but not exclusively, from member and observer countries.
  • Organizing study missions and working groups.
  • Facilitating cooperative activities and researchers' exchanges.
  • Expanding the program to new countries having demonstrated suitable scientific credentials in R & D activities.
